License Agreement

Glow UI ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") provides design resources including UI kits, components, and templates. This license agreement outlines the terms of use for all Glow UI products.

Upon purchasing the PRO or FREE version, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use Glow UI products in your projects — both personal and commercial. This includes websites, applications, and client work.

You are allowed to:

• Create unlimited end products for yourself or clients
• Use in commercial and personal projects
• Modify and customize the components for your needs
• Use in your organization's internal design system

You are not allowed to:

1. Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the files or components
2. Share access to the library with unlicensed users (unless you have a Pro Team or Pro Enterprise licenses)
3. Create derivative products or templates for distribution
4. Use in a competing UI kit or design system product

Examples of prohibited usage:

1. Distributing or making files/assets publicly available online
2. Sharing access with unlicensed users
3. Selling or monetizing any files or assets
4. Creating and distributing derivative versions in other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer)
5. Developing and distributing framework-specific versions (React, Vue, HTML, etc.)
6. Creating and distributing derivative products such as: UI kits or design systems, templates or starter kits, website or app builders

Licensing options

1. Pro License: For single user only. Cannot be shared with team members
2. Pro Team License: Allows up to 5 team members to access and use the library
3. Pro Enterprise License: For organizations needing more than 5 users

What is a user?

A "user" refers to any individual who accesses or uses Glow UI files in your organization, whether they are directly editing the files or using components from a published library in Figma

Access to Figma files and published libraries can be shared with team members exclusively under Pro Team, Pro Enterprise licenses

Updates and support

All licenses include lifetime updates and access to our support team. We regularly release improvements and new components

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate licenses for any violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Glow UI products and destroy any copies.
